Can I just turn up?


No, you would need to pre-book online in advance up to 24 hours prior to visiting. This is due to operating on a limited number capacity and to ensure social distancing measures are met. Please make your booking online, where possible




Do I have to book


Yes, to gain entry it is important to book, no admissions without a valid booked ticket




Can I transfer my booking


Yes, bookings can be transferred up to 24 hours before the session. Please contact us – the date may depend on availability




What time can I arrive if I book online?


We advise to arrive in the first 30 minutes of the session start time. We ask that you do not arrive early to your session time and last entry is one hour before the session ends.




I am unable to book online


If you are unable to book online we advise accepting cookies before proceeding or it is because we are fully booked. You can also call the Centre if you are having difficulty online




Are you running your SEN sessions


At the moment they are postponed, this is a slow phase opening. We will actively review regularly and when safe, reopen them




Can I book a birthday party

How many people are you letting in per session


We are following government guidelines and have reduced our session capacity following our internal risk assessment




Why have you increased your prices


As per government guidelines, we have limited the number of people entering and we are unable to hold birthday parties and the price reflects this to be able to remain operational.




What are your session times


9.30am – 12pm

12.30pm – 3.00pm

3.30pm – 6.00pm

between each sessions we do a deep clean of our whole centre




Are you still offering child minders discount


We are for the morning sessions! To book your childminder session please call us on 01634 717788 (some restrictions apply)




Will you be serving food


Yes, a limited menu and we are now cashless venue




What are you doing in regards to COVID spread - What extra procedures in place


We are cleaning before opening, between sessions and at the end of the day
Limiting numbers per session and social distancing measures in place. Prior to reopening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments and have implemented many new measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety. We have put in place more rigorous cleaning throughout the day for all of our facilities.
We have many hand wash facilities throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly
